WARNING: Use only in tea-light or UL-listed electric warmers. Remove packaging before use. Do NOT leave unattended. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Do NOT use for more than 4 hours at a time. Do NOT add water to wax before placing it in warmer.

Directions For Use: Break cubes apart and place one or two of the six wax cubes into the clean dry bowl of an electric or tealight wax warmer. Stella Maris is Latin for "Star of the Sea," one of the oldest and most beloved titles given to the Blessed Virgin Mary.

The imagery comes from the world of seafaring. Just as ancient mariners relied on the stars—especially the North Star—to navigate dangerous waters and find their way safely to port, Christians look to Mary as a spiritual guide through storms, trials, and uncertainties.

Amid the "tempests" of earthly life—such as grief, temptation, or doubt—Mary points the way to her Son, Jesus Christ, who calms the storm and brings true peace. She is also invoked as the special patroness and protector of sailors, fishermen, port workers, and all who travel by sea. The Catholic Church’s official ministry to seafarers and maritime families is named Stella Maris in her honor.

This beautiful title of Mary inspired the famous ancient hymn Ave Maris Stella ("Hail, Star of the Sea") and remains a comforting reminder that no matter how rough the waters of life become, believers are never left to navigate them alone.
